argh..tum yum kung yg mables dr scret recipe...sehingga skarang, segarnya peristiwa masa part time kat Kenny Rogers Roasters JJ Bukit Indah...pukul 6.30 p.m mesti kitorg dah g SR tok booking tum yum kung ni..kol 8.30 sampai la kat port kitorang (KRR)...biasanya kol 6.40 p.m org dah ramai..so..sbagai kitchen utility..aku kene la stanby black paper/original chicken 10/10 ekor..sume kene masak bnyak2..termasoklah aromatic rice, spaghetti, macaroni, mashed potato, garlic parsley potato, corn n carrot, jacket potato, coleslow, tomato cucumber & onion(TCO), garden pasta salad(erk..yg ni aku x ske), bbq baked bean, vanilla/banana/choc Muffin & etc...urgh..mmg penat time tu..tp biasenye time puasa kitchen utility ade 2..hehe..tu pon klam kabut jgk...masok time buka ktorang minum air je..kene lyn guest dulu..time tu x rase lapar langsung..ye lah..bz manjang...ble table dah clear..meja pon dah kosong..baru ktorang mkn....menu utama tum yum kung ni la..hehe..soronok peristiwa tu....
